Cody Cadeau

Cody was a Sheltie, He was the best Friend any one could have. Cody was a very sick Boy but threw all his sicknesses he found strenght to play and to Love you. Cody had Coltis at age eight and had to take a lot of pills just to make him feel like going on. Then at thirdteen he got Diabetes, he had to take insulin two times a day morning and night but took the needle like a big boy because he Love you so much he would do it even if it hurt.At fourteen we got Cody a playmate another Sheltie name Shelby whom he Loved deary Shelby made Cody want to go on as she would sit by him kiss him just if she knew that he was so sick. Then at the age of fifteen Cody got so he couldnt get up and was getting sicker as hard as it was I didnt want to see him suffer any more so I layed down beside him and told him it was time to go with Grandma in Heaven as he was a very sick puppy and I did not want him to be in pain anymore. So I called my Vet and he came and got Cody and sat with him as I could not bare to see him go. My only regrets is that I didnt sit with him while he took his last breath,Cody was a lot of work but when you have as good of a dog as he was it was worth it we will never be able to replace him and none do we want to he was one of a kind.
