My condolences on the loss of your beloved family member, Katie Scarlett.
The name reached out to me because I loved Gone with the Wind and the spirit of the character after which your lovely girl was named.
I am sure she had equal spirit and a beautiful soul that has been welcomed into Rainbow Bridge.
