Chilli was my beloved Ruby Cavalier -she was & still is the only Ruby I have - she leaves her mum Truffles, her daughter Tia & her baby son George. Chilli really loved the Showring & testaments can be found on my own website:www.pazazzchinesecrested.com Chilli loved her freedom more than anything else & loved playing & digging besides the lake here & going for her daily walks over the fields -especially jumping over the long grass where you would see her laugh! She could be quite stubborn & often refused to sit anywhere except on the lounge sofa with George her son. Being very fit she could often outrun the younger pups & would play with them all gently in turn - Chilli was an extrovert & just loved being the centre of attention -you could always pick her out over the field with her deep shiny red coat. Affecionate she always gave me a lovely cuddle before retiring for the night & settled down to sleep without a murmor till it was time to get up, but like all Cavaliers she loved going back to bed for a "lie in". It has been such a shock to us all that Chilli has been taken suddenly over & across Rainbow Bridge -where I am sure she is now playing in the sunbeams -I shall set aside a special time for her each day & talk to her, hopefully down where she is buried; but anyway wherever I am I shall have a special word with her. Her mum Saffron "Saffy" was a special girl & gave me such pleasure;Chilli has done the same. George Chilli's son has been through so much in his short life & will stay with me forever, he is so like Chilli & is absolutely no trouble...he's a real showman & is black & tan - I know he misses her, like we all miss her. I know she was my mums favourite...sleep well Chilli till we meet again. Thank you......
"Heaven suddenly received my Chilli on Saturday. I know that she has now crossed Rainbow Bridge & is playing in the fields that she loved. I did my best that I could for her, but that wasnt good enough! I give thanks for the 9.5 years I was allowed to care for Chilli. Please ensure that Truffles, Tia, George, Jasmine, Candi & the Crested Powder Puffs eventually catch up with her, because I don't want my lovely ruby girl to be by herself." Thank you Chill - Mum
