Shadow McGrew

Shadow was always a good dog. He would go fetch something if we threw it. He was always protecting us. If we didn't pet him he would put his head underneath your arm until we petted him. He was such a good dog. I love him so much. He would never bite anything, except tires. Anyone would have wanted him. We named him Shadow from Homeward Bound. He would always make everyone smile. He would smile too. He is probably not hurting anymore but I miss him so much

One of his other friends were Patti. When she herd he had cancer she cried for hours. She made him a steak, a cake, and a sandwhich. She is a very nice lady.

He would go down slides. He never got into dog fights either. We all loved him.And we all miss him too.

	My last memory of Shadow will be him walking away from our shared fenceline with a juicey steak in his mouth. He was a welcomed companion.

	Shadow, I miss you really bad. Things just aren't the same around here without you around. I know you are here with us, but just not physically.
