Suki

Suki was a significant part of my life for 13 of her 15 years!! She would quickly become my #1 roommate and companion and filled many spaces and places of my home and heart! Though she did not say much, she certainly spoke enthusiastically as she met me at the door, or whenever I opened ANY can!! She had a way of finding a lap to inhabit almost immediately and on many many occasions she provided me with companionship and even an occasional 'kitty back rub' - a gesture of caring for me at a time that I was grieving. She was loved by each of my Korean students that I tutored and she was a special friend to my young friend from Japan. She was loved by my nieces and nephews.....yes, Suki had a way of snuggling into the hearts of many!! I miss her so much and will hold close my many memories of her! I thank God for the gift that she was to me!!

	Little Suki - I miss your sweet face. We spent some special times together looking out over the pier while Laurie was away. I will miss your little "meows" sitting at the patio window as I do my gardening.
