smoke

smoke was a beautiful grey and white kitty who was so great with kids and other cats. he was born 6/20/08 and passed 8/25/09. a little over a year he was here for us to love and cherish. when my cat shadow died it took me a long time to feel ready to get another cat and the moment i saw him i was ready i wanted him so the next day i went down to the pet shelter and got him and one of his brothers. my dreams of always having a grey cat came true. he was such a sweet little thing that causes trouble but in a good funny way. moke could do no wrong. so early morning of the 26th i was still up at 2 in the morning cleaning and wondered how come he never came up for dinner so i said im gonna look for him to see where he is before i go to bed, and he was always a great hider, i went down in the basement and found him laying on the floor not moving when i called him. so i bent down to pet him and he was so cold and didnt move. my baby was gone one of gods angels now, no longer mine to hold and cuddle and say i love you. i wasnt home all day so i dont know how long he was gone for. i had a feeling he was sick but i never thought that this would happen. I love you smoke my little mocha i will miss everything about you. you tiny nose little head puffy tail long body but with a chubby belly. you will always be one of the best fur babies i will ever have. watch out for us now and have fun at the rainbow bridge when its my time i will come to find you and we can be together again.
